Warsaw Dance is a single-story bungalow project completed in 2026 by DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE in Poland. Designed to balance functionality with visual comfort, this residence offers a well-organized living space within a modest footprint.

 

The home occupies a built area of 70 square meters, with exterior dimensions of 11.5 meters in length and 5.9 meters in width. The interior living space measures 67.85 square meters, carefully arranged to support everyday activities. The layout includes one living area, one kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

 

Upon entering, visitors step into a spacious living room. To the left is the kitchen, accompanied by a small storage room positioned behind it for added practicality. Beyond the living area lies the dining space, which connects naturally to the rest of the home. Further along, a bathroom is conveniently situated, with an entry zone located opposite. At the rear of the house, two bedrooms offer quiet and private spaces for rest.

 

The exterior design features a pitched roof, which adds a classic character to the structure. Large floor-to-ceiling glass windows serve as a defining element of the home, allowing natural light to reach deep into the interior and creating a bright, open atmosphere throughout the day.

 

For the Warsaw Dance project, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE supplied a range of high-quality building materials, with a primary focus on light steel frame construction.
